Rock Energy offers paperless billing in addition to regular mail billing. To register, you can select paperless billing for your account through SmartHub or call our office at 866-752-4550 during regular business hours. Registration does not obligate you in any way to pay through the SmartHub program. While this has proved to be a handy management tool for many members, paperless billing cannot fully replace all mailings. The co-op is required to send some notices by regular mail.
