Rock Cooperative Care
Rock Energy also assists low-income members through Rock Cooperative Care, which provides energy assistance to supplement the state and federal programs. Per an agreement with Rock Energy, ECHO, located in Janesville, WI, will be able to assist our Wisconsin members with qualifying for Rock Cooperative Care funding.
Members will need to call into the ECHO office during regular business hours and make an appointment. Appointments are required and members will be given a listing of documents to bring with them when they set up their meeting.
