The Future Energy Jobs Act (FEJA) in Illinois is designed to stimulate job creation with investments in energy efficiency, renewables, and energy innovation. Rock Energy’s Net Metering Rate is available only to those who receive renewable incentives or funding in connection with FEJA. All qualified distributed generation systems will be placed on the Small DG rate until verification can be provided to show that FEJA funding has been received for the project.
