Final Disconnect Notice

If you have received a disconnection notice on your bill, please read carefully.
According to our records, your account has a past due balance and is subject to disconnection or load limitation. To avoid interruption of service and additional charges, the outstanding amount must be resolved immediately. This notice is the final communication before disconnection.
If you are a member in good standing, please know that we make every reasonable effort to avoid discontinuing your service.

How to Avoid Disconnection

1. Make a Payment

  • Submitting the past due balance in full is the fastest way to avoid disconnection.

2. Set Up a Payment Arrangement

  • Arrangements must be made before the scheduled disconnect date.
  • Contact our office at (866) 752-4550 to discuss options.
  • Residential members may qualify for a deferred payment agreement to help keep service active.

3. Seek Financial Assistance

Help may be available if you are unable to pay in full:

  • Wisconsin residents: (608) 363-9200
  • Illinois residents: 1-844-710-6919

Important: Partial payments without an approved arrangement will not prevent disconnection. Payments made with insufficient funds will result in immediate disconnection without further notice.
