Rock Energy Cooperative maintains two offices, and both are open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you make a payment with one of our Member Services Representatives, your account will be credited on the next business day.
Both offices also have secure drive-through drop boxes for making payments when our offices are closed. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for drop-box payments to be posted to your account.
