ANGELINA JORGENSON

Career Goal: I am currently earning college credit while in high school, and I intend to complete my general education courses at UW-Rock County next fall. After completing my general education courses, I plan to transfer to UW-Milwaukee to continue with Chinese studies and study abroad in China for a semester. I look to further my education by obtaining my bachelor's degree, and then my master's degree, in Psychology. I plan to work in a clinical environment and hopefully open my own private practice.

Career Goal: After High School I plan to attend Highland Community College in Freeport to get my associate degree in Criminal Justice. At the age of 21, I plan to enroll in the Police Academy. I also want to enroll in the Sheriff Reservist or Auxiliary Police when I turn 18.

Career Goal: My plan after high school is to attend UW-Milwaukee and get my bachelor's degree with a Science of Nursing degree and eventually my masters degree in Nursing.

Career Goal: I live and breathe agriculture, even when physically removed from the farm. This passion has guided my decision to obtain my bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Business at Iowa State University. While I am not set on a specific career, I have interest in exploring both AG commodity marketing and AG lending. Each path would capitalize on my strengths and leverage my practical farm experience.

Career Goal: My passion is coding. After college, I can do what I love while getting paid. Currently, I code in my free time, intending to solve local problems. I have made websites for calculating laude points at the high school to save time and a recipe calculator at work to scale recipes. With the goal of coding projects that address local issues, I aspire to start my own software company after graduating from college with a degree in Computer Science.
 

JANA AHMED

College: UW-Madison or Univ. of Urbana-Champaign

Career Goal: My plans regarding my education at the moment include attending a four-year school after graduation. I intend to pursue a career in medicine by majoring in Biology on a pre-medicine track at either the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign or UW-Madison. With my Biology degree, I am hoping to become a dermatologist in order to help others heal or maintain certain skin conditions.

ELIZABETH ACEVEDO

College: Illinois State Univ.

Career Goal: After high school, I will attend Basic and AIT Training. Once I complete this training, I will start classes at Illinois State University for Nursing while continuing to serve my community as a member of the Illinois National Guard. My ultimate hope after college is to become an Emergency Room Nurse. I have also enlisted in the IL National Guard 68W (Combat Medic).

Career Goal: I plan to attend a four year university to pursue a career in the medical field.  I would like to work in a pediatric and/or NICU setting as a nurse upon completion of college. While pursing my degree, I hope to volunteer at a local fire department and use my EMT license to be a paramedic.

Career Goal: I plan to attend the Univ. of Iowa and major in Computer Science.  After college, I want to handle cybersecurity for a technology company. With the possible dawn of Web3, the world of cybersecurity will
face new and more complex problems. I want to attack those complex problems and find solutions that benefit the users of the platform.

Career Goal: I am going to attend UW-Platteville to major in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Business. While at UW-Platteville my goal is to achieve outstanding grades and meet new people. I will do this by joining clubs that will help me academically along with clubs that interest me. I hope to gain recognition for the hard work that I will put in while at UW-Platteville. After college, I plan on finding a Mechanical Engineering job in Wisconsin. I hope to find a job that will help as many people as possible. My dream job would be to work for NASA. I've wanted to work there ever since I was a kid.

Career Goal: While I do not know exactly what I want to do yet, my goals are definitely geared towards finding a career in which I can help people. I have always enjoyed helping people and so I want to continue doing that in a professional setting. My interests are definitely aligned with liberal arts and psychology, so I could see myself going into a profession in either a psychological field (psychologist/psychiatrist), a political science major, or some sort of educational field.

Career Goal: My career goal is still undecided; however, going into business management gives me many different career opportunities. With getting a degree in business management, I can assist the business side of my family's farm and help it grow financially. I could also become an entrepreneur and start my own business if I so decided.

Career Goal: I plan on going to UW-Platteville to major in Agriculture Education and minor in Dairy Science. When I have graduated I plan on staying on our dairy farm while continuing to work with organizations like Midwest Dairy to further people's education on agriculture.

Career Goal: I plan to get my degree in cybersecurity. I want to move somewhere like Washington and make my way up the ranks in my job and be the best employee I can be by doing what I love.

Career Goal: I plan to attend the Univ. of Missouri to study broadcast journalism and marketing. In the future, I hope to be a reporter for a news station. I have always had a passion for marketing and having that background will improve my communications skills and allow me to have a better connection with my audience.
