Please note that our payment processor charges a $3.95 convenience fee for all credit card and electronic check payments to Rock Energy. The maximum payment for each transaction is $500. Rock Energy does not set this fee or receive any portion of it. SmartHub only allows for credit card and electronic check payments options. Once you submit a payment via SmartHub, it cannot be reversed. There is no charge to enroll in automatic bill payment or to use SmartHub's other features, such as paperless billing, usage data, or notifications.
SmartHub is Rock Energy's online account management system, and members now can log in from any page on our website. The free app for computers and mobile devices is easy to use and offers many features to provide members with secure account management right at their fingertips. If you're new to online account management, you will need to sign up for SmartHub as a new user by using the link at the top of the page.
With SmartHub, you can:
